Performance Gear Systems (PGS) provides precision gear design, engineering, manufacturing, and QA services to clients around the world, in a wide variety of industries–from automotive, to household consumer products, to industrial applications.

PGS has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years, and needed to update their website to reflect how their staff, their facilities, and their capabilities have grown–as well as to incorporate modern web standards, become mobile friendly, and make use of video to show how their business and their facilities have grown to become among the best in the industry.

The new website is built as a custom WordPress theme, making it simple for PGS to manage website content themselves. The website is also fully responsive, providing full functionality on any size screen, and features an off-canvas mobile menu to ensure simple navigation on mobile devices.

PixelPeople also worked with PGS to create video loops that showcase the company’s capabilities in each department. These videos not only help to give website visitors a behind-the-scenes look at PGS, but the clips will also be repurposed for a general capabilities video that PGS can use when speaking to prospective clients in the future.

The new website further leverages the capabilities of WordPress with private pages that are used to display client order & production line information on screens throughout their facilities, which can be regularly updated by their own staff.
