Knott Laboratory is a nationally recognized forensic engineering and visualization firm that helps clients investigate complex problems and communicate their findings. Its website needed to convey that expertise while helping attorneys, insurance professionals, property owners, and other visitors find services relevant to their needs.
PixelPeople partnered with the Knott Laboratory team on content strategy, custom design, and WordPress development. We reorganized the site around its audiences and areas of expertise, creating clearer paths from an initial question to the right service and a way to connect with the team.
The custom website pairs a modern visual presentation with approachable content and layouts that adapt across devices. Behind the scenes, flexible content management tools make it easy for the Knott Laboratory team to update pages and expand the site while maintaining a consistent design.
Since the redesigned website launched, Knott Laboratory reports that it has consistently received twice as many website leads as before—a meaningful business result for a project focused on helping visitors find the right expertise and connect with the team.
